Well-scaled ceiling line is what caught my eye first, and it makes the family room feel more dimensional. The drop feels balanced over the reading corner, and the shade directs light without closing off the view. After a few days, the suspension detail still feels convincing and easy to live with in the small corner.

Softly-detailed alabaster texture is what caught my eye first, and it makes the nightstand area feel more interesting. The drop feels visually calm over the breakfast nook, and the shade directs light without closing off the view.
