Refined in daylight, the side profile has a subtle look that works well with the rest of the side table. The backplate and shade proportions look restrained together, especially in a narrower small corner. The shape works especially well with wood tones, which makes the kitchen corner feel more intentional.

Less flat and tailored, the compact projection changed the feel of the open area more than I expected.

Intentional without looking overdone, the design balance gives the open area a noticeably subtle finish. The backplate and shade proportions look harmonious together, especially in a narrower home office.
