Sleek under mixed room light, the visual weight gives the piece a cohesive appearance. The drop feels substantial over the living area, and the shade directs light without closing off the view.

Well-finished material contrast is what caught my eye first, and it makes the studio feel more considered. The hanging profile is unfussy from different angles and works well at both daytime and evening light levels.
