Like all great minimalist designs, this piece makes a statement with a shortlist of shapes and lines. Its brass crossbar appears like a horizon line, holding up a beautiful white Alabaster disc dripping with natural texture. Light from behind accentuates the Alabaster's wondrous swirly notes while setting up a crisp silhouette in its surrounding ambient glow.

Please Note: Each piece features unique natural veining.

Finely-detailed natural veining works nicely here because the scale stays uncluttered instead of overpowering the side table. The side profile stays balanced, and the fixture sits close enough to the wall to feel tidy in the bedroom. The stone-like surface was close to what I expected in size, but it has a bit more presence in the dining area.
