Not sure what the reviews grumbling about assembly are about - it took no time at all and allows you to arrange the feathers just so. With the fan on in my office, the feathers move ever so slightly, reminding me of palm fronds in a summer breeze. Progress Lighting Carisa Chandelier truly stands out with its quality and design.
