Restrained shape works nicely here because the scale stays visually calm instead of overpowering the dining area. The overhead profile feels balanced, with enough presence to define the workspace without hanging visually heavy.

Easygoing light spread brings enough personality to the alcove without making the arrangement feel fussy. From below, the silhouette stays clean and the light spreads evenly across the console area. The overhead silhouette is subtle enough for everyday use but still noticeable when you look more closely in lower ambient light.
